Our comfortable three-bedroom self-catering apartment is ideal for your holiday, business or short stay in the Highlands. This Victorian apartment is spread over three floors, with a ground floor entrance and rooms on the first and second floors. As a result, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax!

Another great thing about the apartment is how convenient it is for all you may want to do during your stay. What’s more, it’s situated on the oldest street of the city, in a conservation area, and just one street away from the lovely River Ness with its islands further upstream.

Although in a great central location, the apartment is in a quiet area, and has open views across to the countryside beyond.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation in a self-catering apartment where you can come and go as you please. Super convenient location!

  • Private access is by a side entrance to the building, through Deacon’s Court, a gated close on Church Street
  • First floor – Living room, kitchen, twin bedroom, shower room
  • Second floor – Double bedroom, single bedroom, shower room (Attic floor with sloping ceilings)
  • Sleeps up to 5 persons with three single beds and one double bed
  • Shower room on first and second floor
  • Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kitchen table and chairs
  • Free Wi-fi
  • TV and DVD player in living room; small tv in double bedroom
  • Iron and ironing board

  • Parking available at nearby multi-storey carpark ; some limited parking available outside the apartment but not guaranteed

Whether or not you’re a gardener, a visit to Inverness Botanic Gardens   is well worth making. The gardens are beautiful and it’s great to know that most of the plants are locally grown.

There’s a Tropical House and a Cactus House, too. Both are full of very interesting specimens from a range of environments.
